For the period from 05/07/2025 to 22/08/2025, rentals are only available from Saturday 5:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.
- Out of season other dates available. Possibility of reservations minimum 3 consecutive nights.
- For any reservation a deposit of 35% of the total amount will be required.
- The total amount of the stay must be settled one month before your arrival
- Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 (€ 500 for mini-villas) will be requested. At your departure we will proceed to the inventory. In case of degradation, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit. The premises must be left clean in the state where you found them.
- In case of cleaning not done, a lump sum of 60 € uro will be deducted from the deposit
- Sheets are not provided, remember to bring them. If you wish to benefit from rental bed linen, please specify this when booking. You will be asked to pay an additional € 12 per set.
- For arrivals after 9:00 p.m, please let us know when booking.
- No discount will be granted in the event of a shortened stay.
Cancellation due to Camping U Sommalu
In the event of cancellation by the U Sommalu campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully reimbursed. This cancellation cannot however give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation by the camper
For any reservation cancellation request (illness, accident) you must contact the U Sommalu campsite by telephone or e-mail. The campsite reserves the right to study your request before accepting reimbursement of your stay or refusing it.
In the event of cancellation of a stay, the sums paid will be retained up to:
- 100% less than 30 days from the date of stay.
- 30% less than 60 days from the date of stay.
- 10% at 60 days or more.
