Rental conditions
For the period from 05/07/2025 to 22/08/2025, rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, arrival and departure dates are free and the minimum stay is 3 days.
Your reservation is only effective after receipt of your deposit of 35% of the amount of your stay.
The total amount of the stay must be settled one month before your arrival.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures are before 10 a.m.
Arrivals are until 9:00 p.m. In case of late arrival, please let us know.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 per bungalow will be requested, returned upon departure and after inventory.
No discount for late arrival or early departure will be granted.
During his stay, the tenant must imperatively keep the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness.
It is strictly forbidden to change the arrangement of the furniture inside and by the same to take the furniture outside the bungalow.
He has the obligation to take all the precautions of use not to soil the walls inside the housing, the benches, the mattresses, the mattress pads, the cushions.
During their stay, residents are urged to avoid any noise and discussion that could annoy their neighbors. The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly.
The day of your departure we will proceed to an inventory.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the customer.
To do this, upon return of the keys, the following housework must be carried out:
- Disposal of all personal effects, provisions and household waste and other litter.
- Sweeping of all floors.
- Floor and sanitary washing.
- Perfect cleaning of the stove, microwave and fridge which should be empty.
- Thorough washing and total drying of all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots, etc …
- In the event of cleaning not done, a lump sum of € 60 will be deducted from the deposit.
For any departure outside of normal reception opening hours, and after inventory, your deposit will be returned to you as follows:
If deposit paid in cash: return by bank transfer (bank fees deducted)
- If deposit by bank imprint: Cancellation of the imprint
- If deposit by check: return by mail
In case of degradation, all or part of the deposit may be retained.
