Rental of a Mobil Home Serena 6 persons at the campsite in corsica

• For the period between 05/07/2025 to 22/08/2025, rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, the dates of arrival and departure are flexible and the minimum stay is 3 days.

• Your booking is only valid after you have made a deposit of 35% of the total bill at the reception.
• The total amount will be paid one month before your of arrival.

• Check in time is from 5pm – 9pm. Check out time is before 10am.
• If you arrive later than 9pm, please inform us in advance.

• On your arrival, you will have to pay a deposit of 400 € (500 € for mini-villa), this amount will be refunded on the day of check out once the inventory has been taken.

• No discount for late arrival or early departure will be granted.

• During the entire stay, you must maintain the dwelling in clean condition.

• It is strictly forbidden to change the arrangement of the furniture or take them outside the bungalow.

• Please, make sure that you do not stain the walls inside the shelter, benches, mattresses, mattress pads and pillows.

• On the day of your check out, we will conduct an inventory. In case of degradation, a part or the full deposit will be kept.

• Before you hand over the keys:
1. Please remove all your personal belongings, provisions and other household waste and rubbish.
2. Please clean the floors and bathrooms.
3. Please clean the stove, microwave and refrigerator and make sure that it is emptied.
4. Please wash and dry all the cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots,
5. Please note that if cleaning is not done, an amount of 60 € will be kept from on the deposit.

• For check outs outside the normal hours of reception, and after inventory, your deposit will be repaid as follows:
1. If you paid the deposit by cash: return by bank transfer (bank charges deducted)
2. If you paid the deposit by credit card number: Cancellation of the footprint.
